Boiler Repair

Starting at $200

No heat, banging pipes, leaking valves, pilot that won't stay lit, uneven heat room to room. David diagnoses the boiler, tells you what's wrong, and gives you a price before touching anything.

Boiler Replacement

Starting at $3,500

When a boiler is past the point of repair, David removes the old unit and installs the new one, gas or propane, sized right for your house and radiators. Straight pricing, no upselling.

Boilers last a long time with regular service, but old ductwork and radiators still need a yearly look. David offers a maintenance plan that covers it along with the rest of your system. Call for pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions

My house has a boiler, not a furnace. Do you work on those?
Yes. A lot of the older homes in Lorain County, especially in Elyria, Lorain, and Oberlin, still run on hot water boilers. We service and replace them regularly.
How do I know if my boiler needs repair or replacement?
Age and the problem. A boiler under 15 years old with a bad valve, pump, or ignitor usually makes sense to repair. Older than that with a cracked heat exchanger or major leak, replacement is usually the better money. We'll give you both numbers.
Do you service oil-fired boilers?
We focus on gas and propane boilers. For oil-fired systems, you'll want a contractor who specializes in oil. Call us and we can point you in the right direction.
My radiators are heating unevenly. Is that a boiler problem?
Could be trapped air in the system, a failing circulator pump, or a zone valve stuck closed. Usually fixable without replacing anything major. We can come out, bleed the system, and check the components.
No heat and it's the middle of the night. Can you come?
Yes. Call (440) 988-2277. We answer 24/7, and a dead boiler in winter is exactly the kind of call we prioritize.
